The Lewis + Clark Collection

Fall/Winter 2013 Line

The year was 1804.

President Thomas Jefferson dispatched Merriwether Lewis and William Clark to explore and survey the land to west of the Mississippi, no one quite knew for certain who, or what, lay on the other side of that divide.    But one thing was for sure, they needed to be prepared for it all.

Included in their massive packing list were 45 flannel shirts and woolen pants- no doubt made here in America from the thickest and best available stock. Reading that packing list served as inspiration for our fall + winter line- the pocket squares in this collection are crafted from vintage  Pendleton wool or organza.

We hope this collection pays a respectful nod to these brave American explorers and reminds us that nothing is more American than a grand adventure.
